Boundary output feedback stabilization of state delayed reaction–diffusion PDEs

چکیده
This paper addresses the problem of output feedback stabilization a class 1-D reaction–diffusion PDEs in presence state delay reaction term. The control input applies through Robin boundary condition. system is selected as either Dirichlet or Neumann trace. developed design procedure does not aim to compensate, but rather dominate delayed achieved by introducing an observer that only estimates finite number modes PDE while applying suitable pole shifting-based on truncated model captures unstable part plant. We show reported strategy always achieves, for arbitrarily given value delay, exponential plant H1-norm. A notable feature domination-based approach tuning controller and gains, well subsequent stability conditions, appears be independent delay.

Adaptive output-feedback stabilization of non-local hyperbolic PDEs
We address the problem of adaptive output-feedback stabilization of general first-order hyperbolic partial integro-differential equations (PIDE). Such systems are also referred to as PDEs with non-local (in space) terms. We apply control at one boundary, take measurements on the other boundary, and allow the system’s functional coefficients to be unknown. To deal with the absence of both full-s...
متن کاملStrong stabilization via state and output feedback
The concept of “strong stability” of LTI systems has been introduced in a recent paper [KHP2]. This is a stronger notion of stability compared to alternative definitions (e.g. stability in the sense of Lyapunov, asymptotic stability), which allows the analysis and design of control systems with no overshooting response in the phase-space for arbitrary initial conditions. Here, after a brief rev...
متن کاملStabilization of Euler-bernoulli Beam Equations with Variable Coefficients under Delayed Boundary Output Feedback
In this article, we study the stabilization of an Euler-Bernoulli beam equation with variable coefficients where boundary observation is subject to a time delay. To resolve the mathematical complexity of variable coefficients, we design an observer-predictor based on the well-posed open-loop system: the state of system is estimated with available observation and then predicted without observati...
متن کاملSimultaneous stabilization via static output feedback and state feedback
In this paper, the simultaneous stabilization problem is considered using the matrix inequality approach. Some necessary and sufficient conditions for simultaneous stabilizability of r strictly proper multi-input/multi-output (MIMO) plants via static output feedback and state feedback are obtained in the form of coupled ARI’s. It is shown that any such stabilizing feedback gain is the solution ...
متن کاملGlobal Finite-Time Stabilization: From State Feedback to Output Feedback
This paper addresses the problem of global nite-time design via dynamic output feedback. The results are obtained in the form of the so-called \separation principle", i.e., the design methods for the nite-time output feedback laws are based on nite-time state feedback laws and nite-time observers, which can be designed separately. Conditions are given to assure that the constructed output feedb...
